Shipping And Returns

Timrow Coffee uses USPS Priority Mail and UPS mostly. Orders get shipped out next business day and customers usually receive in 1-4 business day(s) after that. All shipments have tracking numbers so that customers are able to track their orders.

If not satisfied with purchase,  product(s) can be returned within 2 weeks of receiving. Returned merchandise must accompany RMA numbers. In order to request RMA number, please send email to
