Ethiopia has very long history of coffee. It is the birthplace of Arabica coffee. Coffee is mainly grown into four regions of Harrar, Yirgacheffe, Limu and Sidamo. These coffee generally have taste of fruit, heavy or citrus.
Guji is one of the zones of the Oromia Regionof Southern Ethiopia known for producingsome amazing natural coffees. This coffee tends toshowcase some nice fruit-forward characteristicswith a medium body.

Test profile: Hints of strawberry with a black tea, earthy finish- roasted full medium
Important: This coffee is raw green coffee. Customer needs to roast before grinding and brewing.
